Avantages
They have outstanding all round support. Be it your manager(well trained and very experienced in having 10-15 men women teams under them), great employee break room (great choices for lunch, free ice cream and coffee), great policies, easy to get hired and always helpful, I've hired and have mediocre competency and respect for rules they will keep you and make sure you have hours and they allow and encourage over time, and they're ready to work with you on your personal life if it's not too demanding, but they keep a parents schedule in mind.
They have remote positions we're your work completely at home after initial training. Great for holding down the fort and paying bills till a more lucrative career is found.
Actually worked with me and my medical issues and spoke up for me when they had to write it up. Had a medical emergency without any heads up I had to leave. Allowed me to makeup the work and training in class.
Inconvénients
They do random drug screens if their is need but not pushed. They have how positions to aspire to but the waiting list for advancement is so long for so little extra pay it seems like not worth the wait. Only complaint I have about them! Otherwise look forward to comfortable days and friendly staff and co-workers.
I think manager and trainer position was only a two dollar raise from $15 dollars and that was with a time stamp of 2-3 years on the floor before that position available.
