Avantages
If you are a beginner you will learn as you do not know anything. There is no defined work area so you are forced to do everything...other than your core KRAs. In fact, there is no written down KRAs and it appears only once a year during the PMS cycle. No manager is bothered about what is written down. Every one has their own operating procedures. So, no STANDARD Operating Procedures in place.
Inconvénients
If you stay here for long you are rotten. You get useless. So, even if you join DO NOT stay here for long. Just move ASAP. Management style is worst. If there are 3 managers they will show you 30 goals and you will be confused which one to work for. Systems are only on papers...no systems are practically followed.
