A good ‘ol’ boys/girls club culture Uneven in-office requirements, with some teams having to be at the office for no reason while others work from home limited advancement opportunities Extremely punitive work environment

      Great Employees and great WFH work dynamic!

      Inconvénients

      Can be a struggle comp wise at times when first provong yourself but overall they tend to do right by the employees that really make an impact.
