The main challenge is that Sysdig is shifting toward incorporating agentic AI into the next generation of its product, so some teams are still adapting to new workflows and evolving priorities. It’s an exciting transition, but it does require flexibility as the organization moves quickly to innovate.

Decent base pay. Some very smart people. Decent AI budget

No set direction. Restructuring every 8 months or so. Half of the projects yield little to no impact.
