      Great hours and working as a technician is a great place to be

      Inconvénients

      There is an extreme amount of favoritism when it comes to the operations staff and if you have a complaint about anyone's job performance it is viewed as your problem.

      Avantages

      Very technical work and requires a lot of skill to learn to do the repairs properly. Always something new to learn!

      Repairs are difficult to accomplish- require a lot of dedication

      Avantages

      Unfortunately there are NO pros.

      Inconvénients

      -Toxic environment -Poor training -Underappreciation -Unrealistic expectations Everyone has a different perspective. However, when MULTIPLE people have similar negative experiences, that is not a good sign. It's a wonder there is such a high turnover rate.
