      Great products that actually work. Great health benefits. Decent pay.

      Inconvénients

      I would not recommend anyone that wants growth, stability, and peace of mind to work here. However, if you enjoy not being valued, overlooked, lied to, lied on, lack of communication, manipulation, loads of insecurities thrown on you from managers (due to their lack of having an "IT" factor , favoritism, management that act as if they are still in high school, continuously receiving negative feedback, nickpicking, harassment (because you're doing your job) and a boat load of other Shenanigans then go ahead and click to apply. This is the place for you.

      its a job that pays the bills

      Inconvénients

      * the founder/owner has zero connection with the field sales team and could care less who works for her. * there is absolutely ZERO company culture. It's every man for themselves. * the policies often don't comply and violate state laws. * There is no follow-through with what's promised from corporate * complete disorganization at the top of the chain plagued and negatively impacted performance of the field employees * lacked transparency and communication from leaders. * zero opportunities for growth. * benefits were cheap and continued to decline year over year, and employees had to pay maximum out of pocket for a decent medical insurance program
