Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Frequent collaboration between various departments (projects, reports, ERP) Executives have a ton of combined industry experience, making it easier to learn about food and Agriculture. There are plenty of database tables to analyze, explore, and report! The Natomas office itself is very nice and makes it that much better to come to work! Most of the core work is scheduled (weekly, monthly) with the occasional ad hoc request.
Inconvénients
The ERP system can be slow at times depending on how many active users are on it. There are rote tasks in the ERP that are susceptible to delays/errors, due to multiple departments handling different pieces of the process.
