Avantages
Streamline is most definitely a family. Everyone seems to bleed blue and green and has each others backs. I recently moved from the Account Management Side into sales and am happy Streamline gave me the opportunity to transition. I feel confident in sharing my knowledge about the process and can see leadership adapting to this wild industry that is everchanging.
Inconvénients
It does take some a few months in the system to really feel comfortable calling yourself an expert. It is not something that you can come into, practice for a week and be a pro.
