      Avantages

      Beyond executive management, people at this company are great. Business concept is great, but poorly executed.

      Inconvénients

      This is simply a lifestyle company. Family-run, they are in it to maintain their lifestyle. Family members are given positions and promotions that they are not nearly qualified for and are not held to the same standard as other employees. Rank and file employees treated as if they are simply a means to an end. The owner rarely even says "good morning" to employees. New hires are misled on compensation potential and are poorly trained. Employees aren't trusted. Client retention is low. Owner is all-Minnesotan = passive aggressive.

      Avantages

      People genuinely support each other—it feels like a team, not just a workplace. Leadership is approachable and actually listens, which makes a big difference day to day. You’re trusted to take ownership and make an impact, and there’s a real focus on growth and development, not just checking boxes. The company is always looking for ways to improve and try new things, and overall it’s a positive environment where people care about both the work and each other.

      Inconvénients

      Things can move quickly at times, so you have to be comfortable juggling priorities. As the company continues to grow, some processes are still being refined, but it’s all part of building something better.

      Avantages

      Great culture, collaborative, fast-paced, and challenging. Remote work is a big benefit, and the accountability is there to make the arrangement effective and productive.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation for certain positions is marginal. Health benefits are expensive, but it is a small business.
