I guess the hours are a pro. 1/2 day on Sundays and closed at 6pm.
Inconvénients
Do not pay for overtime worked, no advancement opps., Area Managers and owners are all friends and gossip and treat their employees as if we are all in high school. They want all their goals met and will fudge numbers to their investors to make the goals. Owner names Todd once told me I was lucky to have a job with a multi million dollar company and that is why they do not pay for overtime. They will also fudge your time card so they don't have to pay you holiday pay. Good luck if you work for them.
