They have good branding and a good concept. There is a good HR department. They appear interested in growing their business prospects.

They manage by putting out "fires", instead of dealing with things before things are out of hand. The owner's ego gets in his way of making wise decisions,such as having all three of his children with big titles at the corporate office, yet they have no responsiblities. The family is disfunctional and unfortunately everyone knows about it.

Onsite apartment, besides the apt there were no pros for working for them. But I have to make this at 20 words.

Company is family owned and has family working upper management. They do not care about there employees one bit. They are not family oriented. If you have a family and are looking to advance in company to make things better for both. Go work somewhere else. This company keeps you on edge 24/7, they fire people because of reasons they can not fix. They need to step up and keep the employees who worth keeping (with 12 years exp.) and employees who have great customer service skills. I started to work at a location in Vegas and was on edge all the time. They bring no tools to the table to help there stores. They are not very well experienced. WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE. You will be much better off.
