      Good location, proximity to home, accessibility using public transportation.

      Inconvénients

      There's a lot. Bad management, disorganised staff, lack of accountability, lack of sound decision-making from the senior management team. Most of the higher ups behave unprofessionally.

      flexible time, you can finish tasks immediately

      Inconvénients

      technicians rely their works on the interns to much. The management bait interns to their poster saying that interns have allowance but there's nothing.
