- Not many tiers, so management is accessible. - Great opportunities for individual and team contribution. - There are many complex issues to solve when working at the edge, and the work is both challenging and rewarding. - The executive leadership values the opinions of the rest of the company.

- Growing pains that have lead to some of the original members leaving and a few folks being a bit jaded. - Plenty of work to be done, and not enough heads
