      Avantages

      Interesting technology projects covering mostly robotics in many different industries. Good ability to learn about new areas and work on interesting topics for Government funded labs and U.S. Government Departments (DOE, DoD, NSF, NIH). Very unique for a resort and ski town.

      Inconvénients

      Too much engineering and dependence on Government funding. Seeing a reduction in funding and missteps to gain new projects. No commercial products.

      Very reasonable pay for the hours worked, allowed for remote options as well

      Inconvénients

      Work sometimes needed to be performed off hours due to time constraints
