      Avantages

      Small office. Family owned. CEO is always there, gets to know everyone, keeps his door open so you always feel comfortable to talk to him. Plenty of chances for overtime. They provide healthcare for you and the amount is not taken out of your check. HR and the CEO are approachable if you ever have an issue, concern or question.

      Inconvénients

      There are too many managers. It seems like half of the company has management status. A few of the managers micro-manage way too much. Not all rules in the handbook are enforced. The dress code is one. 2 people could be breaking the same rule, on the same day and only one will get talked to.

      Avantages

      Family oriented company. Treat all employees with respect and worth. Yearly bonuses.

      Inconvénients

      None that I can think of. I have enjoyed all of my years working for this company and look forward to the future.

      Avantages

      Springwise has a nice staff in office. Very polite. Pay is decent for what is expected of.

      Inconvénients

      Management is blood. Has poor structure for upper Management. No one seems to want to address issues with specific higher managers. Because owner doesn't want to believe it's happening.
