      Avantages

      Steadily growing consulting firm right in the heart of downtown. There's an awesome focus on culture and employee growth. There is a large variety of work and an ever-growing portfolio of clients. You have the chance to make an impact to the clients and your work will be recognized by management. Overall, this is an awesome place to be!

      Inconvénients

      There can be some miscommunication between devs and project managers at times, but this is hard to avoid with so many projects going on at once.

      Avantages

      The office is decent. That is about it.

      Inconvénients

      Micromanagement is the norm, guidance is inconsistent, and expectations are unclear until they’re enforced retroactively. Onboarding is essentially nonexistent—you’re pushed into delivery with no runway. The codebase leans on quick band-aids over root-cause fixes, with “half-done is done” shipping practices and minimal documentation. QA is superficial, firefighting is frequent, and technical debt keeps growing while refactoring is perpetually “next quarter.” Decisions change often, feedback skews critical over constructive, and there’s little time to actually improve.
