      Avantages

      Flexible hours Some coworkers are like family…when they aren’t fist fighting in the parking lot or screaming at eachother in the hallways Work with children with disabilities

      Inconvénients

      Always short staffed to a dangerous degree, it could be one staff with 15 clients Drama!!!!! Everyone is having sex and spreading gossip, ESPECIALLY managers and administration They abuse and neglect the children! But will never get shut down. Facility is old and disgusting You get hit, spit on, punched, scratched, bitten

      You can gets lots of overtime

      Inconvénients

      The kids attack you , the pay is low , you have to work a lot of hours for a decent paycheck
