Avantages
I just graduated in December and I was having a pretty tough time finding a place where I could use some past experience and transition it into something new and develop further skills. When I took the interview at Spring Strategies I really felt like it would be a place that I could advance myself in my career. I have been working with the company for about 2 months and I have already gained tons of new skills and experiences. Marketing wasn't in my field of study but I always thought it was something I wanted to try and I felt like I would be good at it. I'm happy I decided to try it out and I love it. Great environment with people who want you to improve and constantly do better. Something new to learn every day.
Inconvénients
Pretty strict with schedule and taking days off. I worked previously in the restaurant business so I was used to that flexibility.
