Avantages
1. Timely salary. 2. Breakfast and lunch facility. 3. Monthly happy hour program.
Inconvénients
1. There is a very low chance of getting recognition without oiling the management. 2. They will fire you with 1 day's notice, even without salary. Be careful when you join them and read their NDA. Everything they offer you, might not be true. 3. Management always considers about themselves, not the employees. 4. They usually break most of their promises, like you may not get the salary or increment that you are promised. 5. Poor tech stack. They are afraid to cope with modern technologies and want to stick with the legacy tech. 6. Some seniors and management want to dominate in the place, which gives very little scope and ability to learn and apply new knowledge. Like, if they don't know something, you can hardly apply them although that might be better for the product. 7. Strict rules and regulations. You must enter the office before 8.30 am and can leave after 5.30 pm, even if you don't have any task. 8. They are not gentle about giving leaves and holidays. They usually accept your leave application when their workload is low. Also, they are good at subtracting your earned leave without any logical reason. They have a sandwich leave policy. 9. After working for a long time, sometimes it feels like you are in jail.
