I had a very positive experience working at Splend in Cricklewood. The team was fantastic—supportive, genuine, and great to work with, which made even the busiest days enjoyable. During my time with the company, I watched it grow significantly and felt that I played a meaningful role in that growth, which was recognised and rewarded.
