      Avantages

      Flexibility with work hours, GREAT environment to work in. I've never had so much fun working.... Great great manager and great great owners. This is the place I have been looking for since 1998. Absolutely LOVE working here. They have the exact same customer service attitude I have. Let's make everybody happy, including you!!! Work hard, play hard!!!! Staff, Management and Owners truly care about you as a person. First place I've worked where I didn't just feel like a number and my opinion didn't matter. Here, you are treated like family and your opinions are listened to and often put into action.

      The entire time I have worked her, I have ZERO cons. Awesome business to work for.

      Avantages

      Bonus program: each month based on your efficiency and revenue generated you can make extra money, which is a great perk! There's a small workout or relaxation area where you can play video games, rest, or work out a bit during break or your lunch if you'd prefer. The management and even owner are very approachable. If you have a concern, you can speak to the service team supervisor and it can be discussed and worked out. Once you start going onsite to help out clients, you'll be able to meet many of the people we help and put a face to the name. This is the biggest pro for me personally.

      Inconvénients

      MSPs aren't for everyone, but if you can handle IT even when it gets stressful, you'll do very well here.
