The products are important to the avionics and medical industry. The production process is very complicated making the work important and interesting. Leadership is supportive to employees and open to ideas on making the job easier to perform.

Cannot think of any con with working here

Most of the people working here are wonderful. The pay is good and you can tell the owner values his employees. Compensation and benefits are good or better than average in my opinion.

Absolutely no accountability. Seems there is very little interest in hitting project milestones or completion dates. It is easy to see the picture management paints for the owner is not a true representation of what is truly going on.
