      Avantages

      9 day fortnight and flexi-time. A few people are actually very good at their job.

      Inconvénients

      Working hours are not actually very flexible as they use a clocking-in system. Working from home is not encouraged, and most of the time not possible. Work is chaotic and badly planned with not enough people working on projects.

      Avantages

      A 4-day work week is super nice, but I would rather work at a company with a 5-day work week that pays much better and values its employees.

      Inconvénients

      No growth opportunities, and the pay is terrible. The workload is too much for the lack of people on the team, and you don't get a bonus, no matter how hard you work. The company preaches growth opportunities and brags about how they are growing and always exceeding profit goals, but if you aren't high enough in the company, you won't be rewarded for it. I would say 80% of the employees are underpaid, and it's only a 2%-3% raise each year.
