Avantages
Good work environment. Very nice people and very casual setting. Free coffee in the break room and there are quite a few partys or get togethers throughout the year. Extremely flexible schedule. can start from 5-9 and as long as you work your hours (either 8 or 9 hour days) you are good. Nice location downtown.
Inconvénients
Really only suitable for entry level. The Analysts aren't really analysts, more like technicians and there is very little room for upward mobility. The pay is way below pay for this field and even for this area. Really only recommend as a first time job. The CEO does not know the process employees are performing and can lead the company down strange paths. The different departments are extremely isolated and there is often a feeling of dislike between them, regardless that everyone works for the same company.
