      Avantages

      Nothing really good about this company.

      Inconvénients

      Micro management. Meetings that waste people’s time and cut into non working hours. Boundaries and balance are not accepted. Unclear communication. Last minute travel. Bad leadership and communication. Lack of respect toward employees. Company expects work to be your life.

      Exposure to multi-entity accounting (if you’re looking for a challenge, though not in a healthy way)

      Inconvénients

      Extremely disorganized financial data with no proper systems in place Frequent intercompany transactions without clear tracking or accountability Owner, Todd Mueller, made false promises and constantly manipulated staff Created a hostile work environment by accusing employees (including myself) of theft No professional structure, support, or ethical leadership
