Avantages
I've been with SoClean for over a year now, and it's easily the best environment I've ever worked in. The opportunities for growth are many and encouraged. With very few exceptions, everyone is upbeat, eager, and happy to help. We work as a team, even as the company grows at an amazing rate. The management is always forthcoming, and easily approachable. So many perks, such as an on-site gym, a nutritionist who comes in regularly, chair massages, and we welcome dogs! (The dog policy is currently on hold as we just moved into a beautiful and spacious new call center, but they'll be back). I love it here!
Inconvénients
Like others have said, there are some processes that need to be worked on, but that's partly due to our rapid growth. The upside is that the company works steadily to fix these speed bumps along the way.
