      start up company. It may grow up into a big company. So join in may have risk, but also has opportunity.

      Inconvénients

      start up company. It may be not stable as you may expected or compared to big company. In bad eco, you may be out of job.

      Avantages

      Great atmosphere and fantastic group of people to work with along with good benefits. I really enjoyed my time there.

      Inconvénients

      Management change over in 2013 didn't really handle things well. Lack of communication. I understand protecting trade secrets but it should have been handled better.
