      Avantages

      Can able to learn. Can share your ideas. Good place to learn

      Inconvénients

      No leave, work burden will be more more more...., No encouragement, laptop will be given to the workers and also they will purposely see your personal Gmail ID without your permission, they force that work have to be first, family and commitment should be next, they will steal your personal Gmail ID password and change your password without your permission, such a worst CEO's, they will take and read all your email content, data everything.please don't open your Gmail in your company laptop. The list is so long. Don't join. Such a worst organisation. Salary will be credit will delay.

      Avantages

      I know there are other companies that are trying to do a lot of big things, but Skcript, being very small does something that's incomparable. The entire company is very well organized and there is a new challenge every single work day. Skcript is one of the very few companies which is run deeply by its value system and belief. If you're joining Skcript, make sure you're up for one hell of a ride that you will never forget in this lifetime.

      Inconvénients

      The company is not a startup anymore. Since its serving some of the large corporations, there are some practices put into place, which you're free to resist or modify. This is not exactly a Con, but some might see this as a con.
