      Avantages

      No one knows what's going on, so just show up and enjoy.

      Inconvénients

      Exec's at the top are not technical or understand the biz they are in. They are biz smart, but not tech biz. Joining a tech-less headed monster.

      I'm sorry you feel this way. Start-ups can be very hectic and chaotic. You're right, we don't have a CEO who is also a developer. We do however have incredibly talented employees, owners and team members who help shape our company and tech vision. We have a lot more we can do to improve and your feedback will help us.       Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      Inconvénients

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
