      The ability to grow in my career and as an individual at the same time. The culture at Simplus allows for both.

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      Inconvénients

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
