Avantages
I was taken on by Simplify IT to be the connection between Sales & Consultants / Technicians, as a Resource Controller. Planning their diaries with the most cost effective way of utilising their skill sets with our Customers. This was a brand new role for both me & the company. Simplify IT are invested in their employees. They listen. And will consider new ideas. Growth within your role is encouraged. And just because you start in a certain role, doesn't mean you will remain there. I felt comfortable in my job from the moment I walked through the door on my first day. Management are approachable, they don't expect to be treated any differently, and we are all 1 team.
Inconvénients
All companies are evolving, and so at no point is any company perfect. Where processes have been long standing implementing them sometimes faces resistance from other employees.
