      If they could they would replace everyone with Bots, and the people working there should behave like one.

      Company is loyal for working remote in any location

      Inconvénients

      It's a contract, so no benefits like insurance, contract can be not prolonged. Almost all the workers are Russian speaking, but some top management English Speaking.
