      Management is extremely nitpicky, scheduling is hell, has alot of those toxic "we're a family!!" vibes ngl... when I first started I legit had other senior employees warning me to run while I could...

      Avantages

      Management at Simone's really values both their employees and their customers. They pour heavily into training employees and hold them to high standards of safety. They also invest in building team spirit through company getaways like hikes or picnics. All in all, it was a great experience working there!

      Inconvénients

      The only real con that I can think of is that it is still the food industry, so if you're not interested in working in that field, it may not be the best job for you.
