      Avantages

      Money is ok, can't think of anything else.

      Inconvénients

      The Developers are underpaid here when compared to other companies. The Content Service department is overworked and doesn't receive enough recognition. Sales is gamble, the turnover rate is insane. Advancement is a myth here, the VPs keep you from moving to a different department and will constantly lie to your face about chances of transitioning. Their goal is to keep you from moving around, don't trust them ever. It's a popularity content here, if you don't kiss up or laugh at every dumb joke people tell then you will be outcasted. Middle management has no skills, does less work than anyone else but will make good money. How they even have a job here I have no clue. Silvercloud pull the shadiest business practices to avoid paying people more. To top it all off the product here is not even worth it for buyers. I don't see this company growing anytime soon or ever.

      Avantages

      I loved my time at Silvercloud, they are such a lovely group of people who are truly mission driven to heal people.

      Inconvénients

      They have been acquired by Amwell, so not sure how much the company has changed.

      Avantages

      Awesome CEO, great management, friendly employees. Work was demanding but reasonable at the same time. Very strong product offering -- the software basically sells itself.

      Inconvénients

      I tried to advance in the company and was ignored twice for a sales position. The manager's office is tucked away from the work area which makes it hard to promote an "open door" atmosphere. Expectations set during the interview (variety of job functions, opportunity to shadow meetings, etc) was not honored by management.
