      Flexible schedule 1099 contractor Autonomy Helped with transition from residency to an attending.

      Inconvénients

      Greater than 50 % cancellations from members with no payment Software not accessible by elderly further increasing cancellations Toxic work culture with miscommunication and no respect for providers in the field.

      Avantages

      Easy to onboard. Easy to get paid. Fair compensation.

      Inconvénients

      Virtual health risk assessments that peaked around COVID went away. When they phased it out, the compensation was not worth it for me to make house calls.

      Avantages

      They provide all the equipment for you. Great training can meet great people and very helpful people.

      Inconvénients

      Little to no growth. Most of the time it is just about painting a picture, not actual merit or background. Hire a lot of incompetent people Equipment can be a bit faulty sometimes
