      Very low pay for the Bay Area. It's fine if you are using the role as a stepping stone or about to retire.

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Inconvénients

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
