      Avantages

      Real life programming experience if you're in college and looking for a first job

      Inconvénients

      Horrible work environment; the company model is to get government contracts and hire 4-5 interns year round to work on them. Interns are required to do a lot of work while getting paid just slightly above minimum wage.
