      Inconvénients

      Bully culture, poor management, high nepotism, poor engineering knowledge by seniors. Undervalued staff, poor wages, tone deaf HR, poor H&S, poor process control. More interested in a fast buck than building a good reputation for quality service.

      great company, shopfloor staff are good bunch

      Inconvénients

      management only promote friends and family into highest paying positions regardless of experience. blame culture is rife and plent of stabbing in the back.
