      Avantages

      I only have pros because I have an amazing boss, if it wasn't for him I dont know if I would have stayed. At my gas station were allowed to get tips from customers, and our Boss gives us extra cash sometimes if we did something extra or went out of our way to help in some way. Scheduling is pretty flexable.

      Inconvénients

      There's no benefits, we get raises, but you dont get regular raises, there isn't anything really to work towards or climb to.
