In addition to reducing salary ranges, the company is hiring junior employees and expecting them to perform as mid/senior. The problems are widespread and affect various departments. Most employees are exhausted due to intense demands and lack of recognition. For many, changing jobs is just a matter of opportunity. This is a warning for those considering joining the company as juniors: be prepared to perform at a mid/senior level with minimal or no help/guidance. And if you are a woman, be aware that the discourse on diversity and equality is just a facade to create a modern image of the company, without reflecting the reality of the situation.
