      Avantages

      ServiceCore is by far the best company I have ever worked for. The number one reason that is the case is because of the people. The company does a great job hiring people that are smart, hard working, down to earth and overall just great people to spend your time with. I feel working at ServiceCore is the perfect combination of being challenged and given an opportunity for growth, while also being incredibly supported by leadership and peers. I feel that my voice is heard and that is really empowering!

      Inconvénients

      No company is perfect in every regard so I think you need to be realistic with expectations, however, when things aren't going the way "they should be" or something comes up unexpectedly I believe the team handles these situations appropriately. There are still internal processes to be flushed out to create smoother workflows and a better customer experience, but the team actively works to improve those things and aren't turning their cheek to them.

      Avantages

      Great culture — truly the best I’ve ever been part of. Leadership is transparent, the direction is clear, and the goals make sense. Even better, there’s a real understanding of how to hit those goals, which makes the work feel purposeful and energizing.

      Inconvénients

      None — truly. It’s a unicorn company with a clear vision and strong leadership. No complaints on my end.
