      Avantages

      There is a sense of family and a care for those who are working to improve the company. Owner of the company is an amazing genius. He truly cares about his staff and the product line as well.

      Inconvénients

      Assistance is lacking at times when a problem arises. You may feel alone when a problem occurs, and you have no support.

      Avantages

      Typical work day 8-5pm Great coworkers, great manager and easy to communicate any problems. PTO scheduling is easy.

      Inconvénients

      Can become very redundant.

      Avantages

      The insurance was pretty good. They were flexible when you needed to leave or come in earlier than the day.

      Inconvénients

      Not sensitive to personal and professional problems. A lot of gossiping about their team members. Also, managers gossiped as well. The building was falling apart and extremely dirty. They didn't care about the employee's health.
