Avantages

Opportunity to work in professional sport Some colleagues were friendly and supportive

Inconvénients

On joining, I was unexpectedly put through what felt like a second interview, being quizzed extensively despite already being hired. I was introduced to staff as “the replacement” rather than by my name, which felt impersonal and undermining. Experienced inappropriate workplace conversations from a colleague that were unprofessional. Management style often came across as aggressive and lacking support. High staff turnover — the same role has been repeatedly advertised since I left, which suggests deeper issues.
