Avantages
You are rewarded for hard work, free movies, most workers are off by 10:30, free popcorn, nothing mentally taxing, everything is fairly easy
Inconvénients
You start at the bottom cleaning theaters and restrooms, No benefits, some company policies are inefficient, a lot is expected of you despite the low pay, can some times be physically tiring (a lot of running around especially if you are on floor), not enough workers on the busy days and hours, too many workers for the slow days and hours
