      Inconvénients

      Very low salaries (even for independent schools) Earthy crunchy environment Overly PC Dogs everywhere - even in offices Bad for people with allergies

      Avantages

      Beautiful campus, lunch provided in cafeteria, Quaker processes which means every voice could be/should be heard

      Inconvénients

      Curriculum is not challenging Very little accountability for students who make poor choices (behavior, not doing work, etc.) Board did not listen to teachers Many many directors, teachers, and others leaving
