      I spent a great deal of thought about Safeway's Pros and could not come up with one thing that I would consider a Pro.

      Inconvénients

      1. Poor management to employee relation. 2. Poor HR department management. 3. Low compensation and benefits. 4. Outdated Software.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Inconvénients

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
