      Great exposure in various fields, autonomy in decision making, good work culture, team communication are very strong, various responsibilities are shared

      Inconvénients

      no flexible work hours, structured pay scale, strict timings, infrastructure is not so good, reporting to various department heads / partners.

      Avantages

      Staff that cares about the society's mission and purpose. Friendly and collaborative co-workers. Management is easily accessible.

      Inconvénients

      Annual turnover means that policies and mandates are hard to implement long term. Society has a less than stellar public relations record.
