I’ve really enjoyed my time working at SLB. The company is full of passionate, intelligent people who are committed to pushing boundaries and finding solutions to complex challenges. From day one, I felt supported by my team and managers, who encouraged me to take on new responsibilities and grow both personally and professionally.
Inconvénients
Large organizational structure can make it hard to navigate or feel like an individual’s voice gets lost sometimes. Decisions can take time to trickle down or get approval, which can be frustrating for those who like fast-paced change.
