Annual bonus, paid vacation, very generous insurance - extended to immediate family . Several company events - for learning and for interaction . Each department gets a Christmas budget to go for dinner or see a show together . Free food and coffee . Excellent office

      Inconvénients

      . Super chill environment - too many people slacking. . Low base salary . Same middle management for decades . Hard (or impossible) to make changes within . Highly bureocratic
