Poor training, management can never answer questions. I had 12 managers in 2 years. Real lack of leadership. Your car has to be newer then 5 years no matter what or you don't get paid. Your pay doesn't cover a used car more or less a brand new one. Then only 12 cents a mile for depreciation.... Terrible
